  • We offer fully styled luxury picnic experiences designed for intimate gatherings, celebrations, and meaningful moments.

    Our services include curated picnic setups for couples and groups, as well as elevated experiences for occasions such as proposals, bachelorette celebrations, birthdays, baby showers, and micro-events. Each booking includes complete setup and breakdown, allowing you to arrive to a beautifully prepared space and simply enjoy.

    We also offer a selection of signature enhancements—such as charcuterie, floral upgrades, and interactive experiences—to further personalize your gathering.

    All picnics are thoughtfully designed with attention to detail, creating an experience that feels both effortless and elevated from beginning to end.

  • To begin, submit an inquiry through our booking form with your preferred date, guest count, and any details you’d like us to know.

    Once availability is confirmed, we’ll guide you through finalization. A signed agreement and 50% nonrefundable deposit are required to secure your date. Final payment must be made 48 hours prior to your event.

  • We offer scaled pricing based on your package, number of guests, and add-ons. Picnics begin at $200. After an initial conversation, we’ll send an invoice and lock in your date!

  • In the event of unfavorable weather, we offer the option to reschedule your picnic to a later date based on availability. We also have suggestions for indoor locations and may be able to move your picnic indoors to a venue if availability allows. We also set up in airbnb’s, if you are staying in one!

    We monitor conditions closely and will communicate with you in advance to ensure the best possible experience.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.

    Because each experience is intentionally prepared and dates are reserved exclusively for you, retainers are non-refundable.

    However, we understand that plans can change. One reschedule is permitted with at least 72 hours’ notice and based on availability.

  • Yes please! Guests are welcome to bring their own champagne or beverages to enjoy during the experience.
